UK Delivery
Orders under 2kg in weight may be sent by Royal Mail Tracked 24 or Tracked 48 parcel service. Orders over 2kg in weight will be sent by Courier, typically DHL.
All orders include tracking link in your shipping confirmation email (double check your spam folder).
At checkout, you will be presented the delivery options available for your order.

Free Shipping
For mainland UK (excluding Northern Ireland, Channel Islands and Highlands and Islands) delivery is free if you spend over £50 after any discount is applied.
This is an economy service, please allow 5-7 days for processing and shipping.
We offer an Express Shipping Upgrade for £5, which takes 1-3 days for processing and shipping.
Delivery Times
We aim to get your order in the post the day after you order, though often the same day if you order before 2pm.
Please allow up to 3 working days for order processing and 5 working days for delivery.
Most UK orders are delivered within 1 to 3 working days.
International orders will be sent to you in 5-10 working days.
If an item is out of stock, we will notify you of this and offer you the choice of waiting, choosing an alternative item of equal value or refunding that part of your order.
Collect in Person
If you're local to us then you can collect your order in person. You will be emailed after you place your order to offer a selection of times to collect.
Delivery outside of the United Kingdom
Please note that any items sent outside of the United Kingdom may be delayed by customs and any extra customs charges will be your responsibility. If you have food in your parcel, this is entirely at your own risk as customs may not let this through.

Shipping in Hot Weather
By its nature chocolate melts when it gets hot, its one of the things we all love about that melt in the mouth feeling. This does also mean that shipping orders in hot weather can lead to our chocolates melting in transit. That said, we have shipped to many places in Europe during June, July and Aug with no issues.
We advice that you consider the local weather and any potential delays of your order while in transit. We do not take responsibility for melted chocolates and any losses in this respect are the buyers responsibility.
Returns
You may return items within 30 days for a full refund or exchange, providing that they are unopened and un-used and in their original condition. Applicable only to UK orders. See our No Quibble Returns process.
Damaged Goods
In the rare situation of your ordering arriving damaged, we will offer a free replacement, providing the damage is reported within 72 hours of delivery.
