There is a school of thought that a "ceremonial dose" is 42g (though other figures around that are also mentioned). We'll be straight up with you; we don't agree!
This comes from many years of working daily with cacao, sitting in many ceremonial spaces with her, and journeying to connect with the Cacao Spirit. Through all that we've come to the firm conclusion that there simply is no set ceremonial dose.
She's a beautiful plant medicine, often subtle in how she works, but no matter the dose you work with, she's powerful and brings us right into our hearts.
Most often we will make a brew of around 25g per person, and we can sure testify that the effects are heart-warming and profound.
